Mulberry Tea for colds & blood health

What her is good for colds other than elderberry? Mulberry!

This morning I am drinking mulberry tea.

Note: I also saved the leftover berries and used them as a brief scrub in my morning face wash because the berries are packed with skin-nourishing antioxidants.
